Summer dilema

So I have yet to sign Catherine up for camp yet. Deadline is today. Her form is still here with really no money to pay for it and her physical form is sitting at the doctor office in Bristol (40 minutes away) needing to be picked up. She has not asked about camp however I feel I cannot let her down.
